Together Green Gardening Services is fully covered by public liability insurance for garden maintenance and clearance work, giving you peace of mind that your property is protected while we’re on site. A copy of our insurance certificate is available on request for homeowners, landlords, and property managers.

Yes, garden waste can be removed if required. We are a registered green waste carrier. Wherever possible, we encourage the use of council green waste bins or on-site composting to reduce waste and support sustainability. If we do take your waste away, we will take to be composted down locally.

For regular garden visits, we will send you an invoice at the end of each visit, with payment expected within 24 hours (negotiable if needed). Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, but we also accept cheques or cash.

For business clients, we can issue a monthly invoice for end-of-month payment. We understand that, due to the nature of the business world, different payment schedules may be required-just ask, and we can arrange something that works for you
